USDeals respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors and contributors to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we respond to such notices.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on usdeals.net infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or location on usdeals.net where the material is located.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response Process
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may contact the person responsible for the content for more information before taking action.
Counter Notification
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to [email protected] that includes your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location on the site, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
We may remove content or restrict access for parties who are the subject of repeated, valid DMCA notices.
Policy Updates
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
